Gel Essentialz sells exclusively to licensed nail professionals and students currently enrolled in a licensed cosmetology or nail program.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are a licensed nail professional or eligible student. We reserve the right to request proof of professional license or enrollment at any time prior to processing or shipping your order. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in order cancellation.

Shipping & Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the professional and sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after being placed are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees and administrative costs. Credit card and third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for order processing and delivery. Processing times may be longer during sales events, product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday in the order they are received. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email confirmation.

Package Protection

Package Protection is automatically added at checkout to help protect your shipment against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

If Package Protection is removed at checkout, Gel Essentialz is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend keeping shipping protection on your order.

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we may hold the order and ship it once all items are available.

If an item becomes unavailable or is placed on backorder by the manufacturer, we will contact you with available options, including:

• Waiting for the item to ship at a later date

• Receiving a refund for the unavailable item
