While the definition of 9-free can vary, for us this means that our products do not contain these ingredients: toluene, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, ethyl tosylamide, parabens, triphenyl phosphate (TPHP), and xylene. We maintain Japanese standards to dissuade from using toxic chemicals in our products.
