All sales are final. By proceeding with your order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. Thank you for your understanding.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after being placed are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees and administrative costs. Credit card and third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any goods.

For health and safety reasons, any product with a broken seal or any item that has come into contact with biological material (including skin, fingernails, or toenails) cannot be returned.

Additionally, all sales of liquids and gels — including but not limited to base coats, top coats, color gels, primers, disinfectants, and similar products — are final.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we will either:

• Exchange the defective item, or
• Issue a full refund of your payment (excluding shipping and handling)

Claims for defective products must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

Please note that our warranty policy does not cover issues resulting from:

• Incorrect application procedures
• Improper use
• Mechanical damage
• Excessive heat exposure
• Product curing inside the container due to unintended UV light exposure
• Failure to use the proper UV/LED lamp system

To process a defective product claim, we may request:

• Photos or videos of the issue
• The item serial or batch number (located on the bottom of the product)
• A detailed description of the issue
• A description of the application steps used

After review, we will determine whether the claim qualifies under our policy.

Electronic & Complex Products

Complex electronic products — including curing lamps, drill sets, handpieces, and similar equipment — are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please read all product details carefully, as your purchase indicates agreement to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
