If you need to request a change, please text 401-612-6070 as soon as possible. Please note that once the draft order has been submitted and fulfillment has begun, any changes may incur a $50 change fee.

Alternatively, if fulfillment has already begun you may place an additional order on our website at no extra charge. This helps ensure the fulfillment process runs smoothly and avoids confusion or errors.

Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a pro-forma invoice via email.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible; however, fulfillment times may vary due to increased demand or unforeseen circumstances.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your draft order for processing.
