Dayna is a nail artist originally from Cranston, RI. She has been a licensed nail professional since 2005. Originally graduating from Paul Mitchell: The School as a cosmetologist, she quickly fell into nails and starting building her business. Dayna has been specializing in gel nails for over 15 years and decided to take her career to the next level in 2017. After receiving multiple certifications from Akzentz and several other companies, she decided to pursue representing Akzentz as an ACE Educator. Dayna also received the Akzentz Silver level of achievement as an educator for her dedication in teaching for the company.

Dayna recently started a family and stepped away from her “behind the chair” business to pursue educating. She has been teaching classes at Gel Essentialz Salon for the past 5 years and will now be offering a more regular schedule. She specializes in meticulous e-file cuticle care, structured gel overlays, hard gel sculpting, flawless shaping and wild nail art. She offers Akzentz certified classes as well as customized one on one or group classes tailored to your specific style and skill level.

Dayna has a passion for art and loves the creativity her job brings. She has always been motivated to learn new skills and further her career. She is eager to teach nail technicians of all levels and is always looking to learn more herself.
