Trinity has to be one of the best gels out there. It’s all in one step product and saves you time. It’s easy to work with but it burns a lot. That’s the only complaint.

Worst customer service

Placed an order during Black Friday sale worth of almost 300$. The tracking nr received showed that the products were shipped Saturday at around 4,pm from Long Island And delivered monday at 1 pm in Chicago with Usps but there was never a box delivered. As you know there’s no way Usps could have delivered that fast over the weekend. I sent 2 emails to Gina and the sales customer service and left voice mails about this to see if the can file a claim but never received an answer back.Dissapointed .
