Steps for Chrome:

  • Step1. apply and cure desired base gel color
  • Step 2. apply Outshine, cure 30 seconds
  • Step 3. immediately rub on chrome powder or flakes while still warm for best coverage
  • Step 4. apply Outshine to seal it in, cure 60 seconds

I was hoping for the best

Unlike the black sprinkles it's hard to get the white sprinkles to mix. Therefore you end up with just clear polish and unfortunately no white sprinkles. Disappointing
