Instructions: Apply base coat, then your choice of color. Apply a layer of non-wipe gel top coat and cure. Use a silicone brush or cosmetic sponge to buff a thin layer of pigment onto the nail surface.  Brush any excess powders off the nail and cuticle area. Apply a thin layer of Crystal Clear Builder to prevent chipping (optional). Seal with a top coat, we recommend our Top Coat with Tacky Layer.
