2 step process! Use this gel Bling On to set the gem in place, and then use Shine On to secure it by capping the edges.
*During the curing process have your client slightly roll their fingers from side to side to help the light reach all shadows under the crystals/embellishments.
*cure 30 seconds UV/LED or 2 minutes UV
