Apply desired color & cure , apply Shine-on and only cure 10 seconds . Then rub the chrome into the semi-cured Shine-on. Seal it in with Shine-on and cure. Repeat for more depth.

could be better

I am a professional manicurist and work with chromes from different companies for 6 years. This halo chrome is not the best I have used. I guess if you didn't have anything better it would be good enough. It's not enough holographic for me, it's more like glass with holo look. It applied easy, but it's not for me product.
