Terms of Service

Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery. Please allow extra time for delivery during sales events and holidays due to a high volume. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic orders may take longer to process. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

We ship orders Tuesday - Friday in the order they are received. *orders placed after 12pm Friday may not be processed until the following Tuesday

We do our best to keep our inventory well stocked, however most of our products are imported from Canada and due to customs/shipping delays some fast-selling products may occasionally be on backorder (unfortunately our website stock status does not sync to our in-store sales).

Back Orders: If your item is temporarily out of stock we will ship the order in its entirety when the order is complete. * You will receive an email with tracking once it ships - please check your spam folder for USPS or UPS notification.

If an item is on back-order from HQ, we will notify you and you may either get a refund for the out of stock item or we can backorder the item(s) to be shipped at a later date.
