Terms of Service - All sales are final 

Most products sold by Gel Essentialz are for Professional Use Only unless otherwise noted. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that our Professional Use Only products are for use by professional, licensed nail technicians, students in the field, and international equivalents. By purchasing any professional only products, you are affirming that you are a professional or student in the cosmetology field. All customers may be asked at any time to show proof of licensure for account confirmation.

We sell and deliver only to the United States.

Returns: Due to the nature of the products we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any goods. Any product with a broken seal or that touched biological material (skin, nails, toe nails) CANNOT be returned. All sales for liquids, gels (base, top, color, primer, disinfectant, etc) are final. 

Same (business) day shipping on most orders. *orders placed after 12pm Friday may not be processed until the following Monday  

Please allow extra time for delivery during sales events and holidays due to a high volume. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

Back Orders: If your item is temporarily out of stock we will ship the order in its entirety when the order is complete. * You will receive an email with tracking once it ships - please check your spam folder for USPS or UPS notification.

If an item is on back-order from HQ, we will notify you and you may either get a refund for the out of stock item or we can backorder the item(s) to be shipped at a later date.

Online orders are always the most accurate and the simplest way to place an order 24/7
