Luminary Nail Systems was designed with the intent of making nail tech's lives easier. Our Starter Kit comes with the basics for creating a beautiful structured manicure - a 10ml with brush for application, a jar with the same gel for grabbing larger beads to build structure, and an Empower No Wipe Top Coat for a glossy finish. Commit Primer is sold separately.
